Abstract

Today, at a global level and from the paradigm of higher education, a unique educational space remains prevailing, in order to increase the competitiveness of higher education institutions, ensure the quality of education and train specialists in accordance with the requirements of the information society and the antecedents of the modern knowledge economy as a result of this, it is vitally important to analyze educational development and determine its impact in the field of higher education in the context of the development of quality assurance in higher education. In general terms, higher education management systems must adapt to the new conditions of globalization developments and use them in their national interest, which will allow them to formulate a politically, economically and socially effective development strategy.
