Technological tools to improve the work production of a small company

Abstract

Technological tools focused on small businesses allow information to be processed by detecting errors or gaps in the business with the purpose of creating strategies to improve production and processes that can differentiate themselves from the rest of businesses that do not apply these tools in their favor, by obtaining data from sales or any change related to a service in the sector. A mixed qualitative-quantitative approach was used, collecting data on the use and applications of technological tools, surveys will be carried out with the employees and owners of the microenterprise on technological applications. The results confirm the relevance of the use of technological devices, where entrepreneurs or microbusiness owners decide to change from conventional business to use tools that help them improve their establishments. The entrepreneur explores tools that allow them to create, promote and sell products and services in a more agile and orderly way, since with the use of technological tools they can have the possibility of increasing their sales numbers.
