Factors that affect agro-productive associative entrepreneurship in Ecuador

Abstract

The objective of this research is to determine the factors that affect associative entrepreneurship in the agro-productive sector of Ecuador for the understanding of this phenomenon. The various elements that influence the success of these groups were identified; as well as development prospects in the Ecuadorian context. The methodology used was bibliographic and documentary research, where the key elements were analyzed, ranging from the financial status and income of the entrepreneur to the managerial skills of the entrepreneurs, as well as the definition of this type of entrepreneurship and associativity. The bibliographic review was carried out in different databases such as: Scielo, Lens, Google Scholar, Institutional Repositories, Dialnet, Eumed.net, among others. The search was carried out in Spanish and English, in order to obtain information that contributes to the understanding of the topic under study, for which several articles and degree works were reviewed, being selected according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The analysis underscores the need for a comprehensive and collaborative approach to promote a robust entrepreneurial ecosystem in the country's agricultural field. This article offers an overview of the factors influencing the country's agro-productive associative entrepreneurship, providing a frame of reference that provides information on the subject under study.
