Diagnosis for the implementation of a digital platform with UTC NAF Virtual Channels in Latacunga

This article presents a diagnosis for the implementation of a digital platform with virtual channels for UTC's Fiscal Support Center (NAF) in Latacunga. Using a mixed-method research approach, the study analyzed the feasibility and acceptance of this technological solution by NAF users and authorities. The results reveal that while a significant portion of users perceive challenges in adopting digital tools, they also recognize their potential to enhance service quality and efficiency. Strategies to improve technological accessibility and user confidence are discussed, emphasizing the importance of preparing students for a more competitive labor market adapted to the digital era.
