This study aimed to design and pilot-evaluate an administrative management model focused on strengthening the institutional capacity of the Camina Seguro Foundation, located in the Napo Province of Ecuador. A mixed-methods approach was used, with a non-experimental diagnostic phase and a quasi-experimental pretest-posttest evaluation. The study population consisted of members of the administrative board, beneficiaries, and community stakeholders connected to the organization. Surveys, semi-structured interviews, and document analysis were conducted, using instruments validated through expert review and a pilot test, demonstrating adequate levels of reliability. The results revealed initial weaknesses in strategic planning, process standardization, internal communication, digitization, and transparency. Following the pilot implementation of the model, significant improvements were observed in decision-making clarity, understanding of the mission and vision, digitization of records, perceived transparency, and beneficiary satisfaction. The study concludes that the proposed model contributes to strengthening the Foundation's operational and management capacity and can be adapted to non-profit organizations with similar characteristics.
