Abstract

Teleclasses or classes through virtual modality, was the alternative assumed to continue with the teaching-learning processes in the Universities during the pandemic. Economic conditions, access to technology and others, established barriers to solve in a difficult scenario for most families. In this work, was carried out a study about the students' perception of the new modality. A questionnaire made up of 17 questions organized into six elements was applied, in addition to other contextual questions referring to sex, parallel and area where the classes are received. The main questions consisted of five categories according to a Likert scale. The internal cohesion of the responses was assessed using Cronbach's Alpha and statistics were applied for ordinal variables, especially Multiple Correspondence Analysis (MCA). It was possible to identify the elements that establish the greatest differences between the students. It is noteworthy that it was not possible to identify significant differences based on gender or the place where they receive classes.
