Training strategy for teachers of the city of Jipijapa on Basic Utility Programs

Abstract

The research is related to the social and educational study, focused on the technological insufficiencies manifested by the teachers of the city of Jipijapa, on the management of basic utilitarian programs, the most affected being the educational system in a disruptive way, which is currently being experienced, product of the Covid-19 pandemic. The objective was determined to implement a training strategy on Basic Utilitarian Programs, so that the teachers of the city of Jipijapa acquire better knowledge on the management of these programs applied in the socio-technological area. It is a mixed study, which applies theoretical, empirical and statistical-mathematical methods, where the Microsoft Excel spreadsheet is used to determine the population sample to be investigated; Bibliographic background was determined using theoretical and empirical methods such as: historical-logical, and analysis-synthesis and field observations, as primary information obtained from the beneficiaries of the project, in the same way a survey is applied in a significant sample to investigate, to obtain good results with the data obtained, whose mission is to benefit the teacher of this urban city. The results obtained from the strategy implemented in this locality, evidence the formation and development of inclusive educational communities, contributing to a favorable learning environment, and a better development of skills and competencies, of interaction that respects the rhythms, the individualities of the participants and learning styles, contributing to innovation and oriented towards equal rights and the integration of the beneficiaries.
