Vaccine effectiveness and intensity of the serological response associated with Covid-19
Keywords:
vaccine; COVID – 19; effectiveness; immunogenicity.Abstract
In response to the pandemic, global initiatives aimed at developing multiple vaccines to protect against COVID - 19, for this reason this research seeks to study the effectiveness of vaccines and the intensity of the serological response associated with COVID - 19; This scientific-bibliographical research work allows knowing the investigations that have been carried out in the course of the disease as well as in the applications of the vaccines that have been approved by the WHO. Vaccines against COVID-19 that are currently in application have shown promising immunogenicity with a variable degree of efficacy against the development of moderate or severe disease, which indicates that the efficacy of the vaccines, especially the BNT162b2 and mRNA-1273 vaccines, present high standards in the analyzed studies that promise to be reliable for humanity.
