Abstract

The world of education and especially of higher education has opted for the use of information technologies, in this time of pandemic, for this reason this article is written to give a safe, agile and innovative approach to the correct use of the new information technologies, focused on the use of free software with servers of each institution without major financial investment, since the data is important to safeguard at this time from attacks and indiscriminate theft of information. A short analysis will be made of why not use the tools of the current market dependent on Google (Google Classroom, Google Drive, etc.) since, as most technology professionals know when using this type of tools, our research content, classes and others are exposed to the use of these large companies.
